chilli wrap bake

This recipe is amazing, honestly we love it in our household! 

Ingredients:

500g lean mince
Onion 
Pepper
Courgette 
Mushrooms
1 carrot grated 
Tin of sweet corn 
Tin of kidney beans 
Carton of passata 
1 table spoon of Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon of oregano 
1 teaspoon chilli powder 
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika 
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon garlic granules
Beef stock cube

6 weight watchers wraps
40g mozzarella light
80g cheddar light

How to make:

Fry off onion, when soft add mince until brown, add all herbs, spices and Worcester sauce.

Chop all veg finely and add to pan, then add grated carrot. Add passata and beef stock cube.
Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
Add 2 serving spoons of the mixture to the wrap and fold (like you would when making a wrap) then add to dish.
Do the same for another two, add additional mixture over the top of the first layer then a fine layer of mozzarella.
Repeat with the second layer and add mozzarella and cheddar to the top and bake in the over on gas mark 5 for 40 minutes.

This serves six and uses your HEA and HEB!
